Windows 7 – We’ve Upgraded, have you?

My Tech Team was fortunate to be one of the companies to review Windows 7 well before it came out and even add some input. We are proud to say that Windows 7 is here and is better than ever!

The features of Windows 7 really depends on which version you buy. Some of the cool new features that we enjoy are:

1. Pin to Task bar – We can decide what’s on the task bar and pin them there for easy return.
2. Thumbnail Previews – We all know how cluttered our virtual desktops get. With thumbnail previews we can find what we need without having to click through each and every program we have open.
3. Snap – Now this one is pretty nifty! Because we are always comparing two items or maybe even paraphrasing from another report, blog, etc, snap makes it easy to arrange the two without having to re-size the window to fit perfect. You simply drag your items to the far left and right and SNAP, they auto size!
4. Auto Changing Background – Sometimes you get tired of seeing the same old background picture. Maybe you want something new every now and then. Well, Windows 7 allows you to select as many pictures as you want and make them change periodically. We personally set ours to change once a day, but you can do it as often as every hour.

But, the most important feature of Windows 7 is it’s SPEED and STABILITY! We have yet to run into a “hang up”, unlike it’s predecessor (**cough** vista **cough**).
