How long do I have to stay in the “contract”? Can I get out of it?

There is no “contract”. You can cancel anytime. Simply call us, or email us and we will cancel your service with no questions asked. We have a %100 percent retention rate, which means no one has canceled service with us simply because they realize the extreme cost savings. We have saved our customers thousands of dollars to date.

Does this include Anti-Virus Software?

Yes.  When you download our application, you receive the most advanced protection technology available.  Our software protects you from all internet threats including worms, viruses, spyware, data theft, spam and malware.  You never have to worry about an Anti-Virus subscription again!

My PC is “broken” now. I don’t want to sign up right now. Can you still fix my pc for me?

Yes. We do provide case-by-case based repair.  We charge $99 for PC repair, $75 for virus removal, and $50 for tune-up’s.  However, $15.99 a month gives you year round 24/7 protection and maintenance!  Give us a call or contact us on the contact page and a technician will return your call promptly.

My PC is “broken” now. What is going to cost me to have you all fix it now?

If you sign up with our service, the cost today will be $15.99 and then $15.99 per month thereafter. That’s it!  My Tech Team will fix any current issues you have and continue to maintain and protect your PC.

Is Remote Support Secure?

Yes. We utilize 256 bit AES SSL encryption to ensure the entire data stream is protected. You are in control the whole time. Only you can initiate an online support session and you can end a session by simply closing the support window on your computer. In addition, you are always in control of your mouse (cursor). During your session you will see the technician using your cursor to locate and fix problems, configure new software and point out new features. At any time you can override mouse control by simply moving your mouse.

But do you need to establish a remote control session to perform maintenance?

No. All maintenance is performed without actually logging on to the computer. We will ONLY establish a remote connection with your express consent.

How often do you perform maintenance on my computer?

My Tech Team performs maintenance on your computer every day via scripting. We never see your files. Once you download our program, we simply execute a script on your machine to tell it to perform a specific maintenance action or apply patches and updates to your PC. With thousands of threats out there, we do not want to leave you exposed!

Are your technicians background checked?

Yes. Currently all of our technicians have undergone extensive background checks and hold or have the ability to hold U.S. government security clearances.

Do you access my personal files?

No. There is no need for our technicians to access your personal files unless they become infected. We DO NOT establish a remote control session without your express permission. When a remote control session is started, a pop-up will ask you for permission to allow our technicians establish a remote control session.

Additionally, after each session, you have the ability to download a video recording of each session for your review.

Do you have to come to my house to set up anything?

No. When you sign up, you will receive an email with a link and instructions to follow.
