• GoodGuide – is an app that provides insider info on the products you find in stores. The app uses a barcode scanner on the iPhone to tell consumers how eco-friendly, safe, healthy and sustainable a specific product is. This helps consumers make well-informed, smart and environmentally friendly decisions about the products that they use. This free app is available for Android and iPhone.

• GreenMap – this iPhone app won the 2011 Best of Green Award by Treehugger. It is a great tool where people can go for green resources such as farmers markets, establishments, structures, heritage sites and gardens.
