With just an internet connection, My Tech Team performs daily maintenance, tune-ups, apply upgrades to your system, and provides advanced virus protection so that you have a worry-free computing experience! We also provide you with 24/7 tech support, anytime you need it. Just like our cars, PCs require maintenance, tune ups, and upgrades to keep them running healthy. For only $15.99 a month, we do all of that for you. All you need is an internet connection. My Tech Team will fix any current issues you are having with your PC before maintenance begins.

Software

My Tech Team utilizes proprietary software called "windows agent" installed on your computer that helps us to provide advanced virus protection and keep your computer running as fast as the day you first bought it. Maintenance, Clean up, and Protection begins on your PC the day you install it and runs in the background so you are never interrupted. This software enables us to keep your PC up to date with the latest software patches and updates for your particular system. Additionally, our software helps us to provide you with advanced malware, virus, and spyware protection. Virus protection software alone cannot provide 100% protection from internet threats.

100% Labor Warranty

If your PC encounters an issue that cannot be fixed remotely, or we are unable to access your systems, we will send a technician to repair the issue on-site. If the repair is determined to take longer than one hour, the technician will request your permission to bring the PC back to our lab for repair. All at no cost to you! You are only responsible for the cost of parts, if neccessary. If a technician is unavailable in your area, simply ship the PC to the nearest lab for repair.

You will be given access to the "service portal" where you will be able to track the repair status of your PC live! Additionally, an email will be sent to you every time an update to the status has been made.

Unlimited 24/7 Tech Support

My Tech Team is standing by waiting on your call 24/7. A shortcut is installed on your desktop that gives you direct access to the tech team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! If you have an issue, simply double click on the icon on your desktop and you are automatically put into a session with a My Tech Team representative. If a technician is unavailable, you will be directed to the customer service portal where you can create your own help ticket and a technician will contact you immediately.

Security

After each session, you will have the ability to download the chat transcript and a video of each remote session for your review. Additionally all My Tech Team software uses the latest encryption methods and technology to ensure a secure connection.
