With just an internet connection, My Tech Team saves you time, hassle, headaches, and money by providing you with tech support anytime you need it.  You’re only one click or call away from getting help 24/7.   For our Platinum Package subscribers, My Tech Team performs daily maintenance, tune-ups, and upgrades to your system, and provides advanced virus protection so that you enjoy a worry-free computing experience!

After signing up for service, all subscribers download a small application that creates a shortcut on your desktop so that you are only one click away from getting help 24/7.  When you need help, simply double-click the shortcut and one of our technicians will take remote control of your keyboard and mouse to resolve your problem.  You just sit back, relax and watch while our expert staff sets everything right again.

My Tech Team offers 100% safe and secure tech support.  We utilize the best in encryption technology to ensure your data is protected.  Additionally, after each session, you will be given the opportunity to download the entire chat transcript and a video of your remote session.

If your PC encounters an issue that cannot be fixed remotely, or we are unable to access your system, with your permission, we will send a technician to repair the issue on-site or bring it back to our lab for our Gold and Platinum subscribers.   If you are outside of our on-site coverage area, you will be given instructions to ship your PC in to one of our regional repair centers for repair.  There is no charge for labor or troubleshooting of your computer.  You are only responsible for shipping and the cost of necessary parts.  You will see the cost savings over other PC repair shops after just one incident!
