5 Useful Apps for Android Phones

Visual Voicemail

Both Verizon and T-Mobile offer Visual Voicemail for your Android devices. Visual Voicemail allows the user to easily see all the messages in an inbox format, return calls, play messages individually, and remove messages from the server. It uses your own contact list to show you who the call was from and gives you many options for returning the message such as calling, e-mailing or texting (as long as you have this info in your contact database). Yellowbook

The Yellowbook app for Android allows you to search yellow page listings, rate and review places you have been, save listings to your address book, and search for businesses hands-free with your voice. eBuddy

Fandango

Browse local showtimes, watch trailers, purchase tickets and more with the Fandango Android App. You can use your phone’s GPS capabilities to find showtimes near your current location and get Google Maps directions. To get this app, search for fandango on the Android Marketplace.
